Taylor Budowich is the president of The Sovereign Advisors, a discreet D.C.-based public affairs and crisis communications firm. He most recently served as Deputy White House Chief of Staff and Cabinet Secretary for the Trump Administration where he oversaw strategic messaging, media operations, and the President's Cabinet. Prior to his White House service, he was the founder and CEO of MAGA Inc. from 2023-2024, the principal Super PAC supporting President Trump’s 2024 campaign, and the Director of Communications for President Trump in 2021 and 2022. In 2018 he worked as a senior advisor for Ron DeSantis’ gubernatorial campaign, and prior to that he led Tea Party Express as the organization’s Executive Director.
Commissioner Budowich was appointed by Speaker Mike Johnson for a term expiring December 31, 2027.

Ngor Luong is a Senior Policy Analyst on the Economics and Trade team at the Commission. She previously served as a Policy Advisor in the Office of the Chief Economist at the State Department where she focused on China’s economy, international trade, and emerging technologies.
