The Commission invites proposals for a report on the nature and extent of censorship in China, the methods and technologies underpinning China’s censorship apparatus, how China censors domestic and foreign policy issues, and implications for the United States. Proposals must be submitted by 5:30 p.m. (ET) on April 25, 2023.
