Alexis Dale-Huang

Research Assistant, Security and Foreign Affairs

Alexis Dale-Huang is a Research Assistant on the Security and Foreign Affairs team at the Commission. She is currently studying for an MA in Asian Studies at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. She most recently worked as an intern at the Brookings Institution and was previously a James C. Gaither Junior Fellow for China Studies at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Alexis has also worked as a research assistant at the University of Southern California Korean Studies Institute and as a research intern at the National Defense University’s Center for the Study of Chinese Military Affairs. A David L. Boren scholar, Alexis lived and studied abroad in China and is proficient in Mandarin Chinese. She graduated from the University of Southern California with degrees in international relations and East Asian area studies in 2017.
