Anastasya Lloyd-Damnjanovic is the policy fellow for security and foreign affairs at the Commission, where she researches Chinese foreign relations, defense, and security issues. She has worked for the Commission since 2019. Anastasya previously researched China’s political influence and interference activities as a fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, D.C. She is the author of A Preliminary Study of PRC Political Influence and Interference Activities in American Higher Education (Wilson Center, 2018). Anastasya earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University, a Master of Philosophy in International Relations from the University of Oxford and a Master’s degree in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University. She reads and speaks Mandarin Chinese.
