May 16, 2005: The Commission's Trade Lawyers Advisory Group submits its first Report entitled: The Importance of Trade Remedies to the U.S. Trade Relationship with China." The Report examines the trade relationship between the U.S. and China, the use of legitimate trade remedies to address trade distortions, the existing challenges to effective trade remedies versus Chinese dumping, and recommends steps that need to be taken.
