Ms. Kathleen Walsh

Kathleen Walsh is assistant professor of national security affairs in the National Security Decision Making Department of the Naval War College. Her research focuses on China and the Asia-Pacific region, particularly issues related to international security, technology transfer and globalization, nonproliferation and arms and export controls. Prior to joining the War College, Professor Walsh was a Senior Consultant to Washington, DC area think tanks (CSIS, Monterey Institute, and Stimson Center) as well as to Los Alamos Technical Associates (LATA).
