Bill Xia was born in China. After he earned his Master Degree of science, he devoted his time to information technology that can penetrate internet blocking/censorship system in totalitarian regime. Bill Xia currently serves as president of Dynamic Internet Technology Inc. He is involved with freenet-china project and is the founder of DynaWeb. He also conducts research on how China is censoring the internet.
