International Affairs Senior Vice President Willard Workman oversees U.S. Chamber policy on international economic and trade issues and serves as vice president of the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), a Chamber affiliate dedicated to helping developing countries establish market-based, democratic systems. Before joining the Chamber, Workman held senior posts at the U.S. Departments of State and Commerce and at the U.S. Customs Service.
