Betty McGrath

Betty McGrath received a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Manhattan College, a Masters and Ph.D. in Educational Measurement, Statistics and Evaluation from the University of Delaware. While at the University of Delaware she served as both the Research Analyst and Assistant Director at the Center for Educational Leadership and Evaluation. Upon completion of her graduate studies, she was employed by the Riverside Publishing Company in Chicago where she directed the research and development efforts of Assessment instruments. Betty has worked for the last ten years at the Employment Security Commission of North Carolina in the Labor Market Information Division. Her current work involves the research and evaluation of various workforce and education programs and their relationship to the North Carolina Economy.
