Dr. William Schneider, Jr., President, International Planning Services, Inc.
William Schneider, Jr. is currently the Chairman of the Defense Science Board in the U.S. Department of Defense. He is also president of International Planning Services, Inc., an international trade and finance advisory firm, and an Adjunct Fellow of the Hudson Institute. From 1982-1986, Dr. Schneider was Under Secretary of State for Security Assistance, Science and Technology. He initially joined the Reagan Administration as the Associate Director for National Security and International Affairs at the Office of Management and Budget.
