Congressman Tim Ryan (D-OH)
Representative Ryan was first elected to the U.S. Congress in 2002, and is currently serving his third term. Along with Armed Services Committee chairman Duncan Hunter in April 2005, sponsored the Chinese Currency Act to address China's manipulation and undervaluation of its currency. Prior to serving on the Appropriations Committee, Ryan served on the House Armed Services Committee and the Committee on Education and the Workforce. Ryan serves as co-chair of the Congressional Manufacturing and is a member of the Congressional China Caucus.
