Since 1989, Mary C. FitzGerald has served as a Research Fellow in Sino-Russian military affairs at the Hudson Institute. She has long analyzed Soviet/Russian and Chinese military writings for the DOD to define the revolutionary impact of emerging technologies on their military doctrine, strategy, operational concepts, organizational structures, and defense industry imperatives.
