Lawrence (Larry) A. Denton joined DURA as President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2003. From 1996 to 2002, Mr. Denton was President of Dow Automotive, a $1 billion business unit of the Dow Chemical Company. Prior to that, he spent 24 years with Ford Motor Company, where he held a variety of senior management positions with increasing responsibility in manufacturing, quality, sales and marketing, engineering and purchasing.
Mr. Denton serves as Chairman of the Board of the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA), and is also a board member of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA), Kettering University and Autotemp Company.
