Dr. Robert Scott

Dr. Robert Scott is Director of International Programs for the Economic Policy Institute. Dr. Scott joined the Economic Policy Institute as an international economist in 1996. Before that, he was an assistant professor with the College of Business and Management of the University of Maryland at College Park. He has represented U.S. industries as an expert witness on the economic effects of imports in several cases before the U.S. International Trade Commission concerning unfair trade complaints. He received his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley.
