Amit Tandon

Mr. Tandon is a managing director with New York Global Securities in

charge of corporate legal affairs.  He is an attorney with extensive experience in the areas of litigation, corporate and tax law. Prior to joining New York Global Securities as Managing Director in charge of corporate legal affairs, he practiced law with prominent New York City law firms, including White & Case and Thacher Proffitt.

While at White & Case's worldwide headquarters in New York, Mr. Tandon practiced as a transactional tax attorney and was actively involved in all types of major mergers and acquisitions projects in the United States and around the world. Mr. Tandon worked on projects for clients of White & Case including Deutsche Bank, JPMorganChase, Morgan Stanley, Avis, Royal Ahold, Castle Harlan and other major firms and corporations.

Mr. Tandon received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Buffalo School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation Law from New York University School of Law. Mr. Tandon is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and Connecticut.
