Mr. Timothy Halter is the managing director of USX China Index. The USX China Index is an index that tracks the performance of companies who generate the majority of their revenue from operations in the PRC and whose shares are publicly traded in the US capital markets.  For a company to be included in the Index it must be listed on the AMEX, NASDAQ or the NYSE and have a market capitalization of at least $50 million.   He is also the President of Halter Financial Group Inc., which provides specialized consulting services to private companies seeking to become public, through the reverse merger process.
