DR. LYLE GOLDSTEIN
Dr. Goldstein is an Associate Professor of Naval Warfare Studies at the Naval War College.
His major areas of expertise are Proliferation Of Weapons Of Destruction, Chinese Foreign And Defense Policy, Russian Foreign And Defense Policy, and Civil-Military Relations. He received his BA from Harvard University, MA from Johns Hopkins University, and PhD from Princeton University. Some recent publications include: “Do Small WMD Arsenals Deter?
